Henry Edinger

Henry Edinger began their career in 1988 at Travelers, where they held the role of Chief Customer Officer. In 2017, they joined Experience Design International as Managing Partner, where they were responsible for helping clients understand the customer journey, develop the ideal customer journey, and create an action plan for implementation. Also in 2017, Henry became the Chief Operating Officer at Cloud 9 Online, a digital health and wellness company based in Hartford, Connecticut. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing strategy, product innovation, and operations.

Henry Edinger studied Modern German History at Syracuse University - Maxwell School from 1991 to 1993, earning a Doctoral degree. Henry also attended State University of New York at Oswego from 1986 to 1990, where they received a BA in History and French.
