Jerome Alexander

Jerome Alexander has worked in the IT industry since 2006. Jerome began their career at Cablevision as a Level 2 Technical Support Representative. In 2008, they moved to Hogan Lovells US LLP as a User Support Technologist. In 2014, they were hired by Lockheed Martin as a Desktop Support Analyst. In 2015, they began working at Rivkin Radler LLP as an IT Computer/Help Desk Technician. Most recently, they have been employed by Cloud9 Technologies, LLC as a Client Services since 2018.

Jerome Alexander attended Binghamton University from 2000 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering. Jerome also holds certifications from CompTIA (A+ and Network+) and Microsoft (MCP).
