Andrew Mione has held a wide variety of roles in the tech industry since 2003. Andrew began their career as a Mailroom and Promotional Intern at Allied Integrated Marketing, followed by a role as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist at BCM, Inc. Andrew then served as Operations Technology Coordinator at BCM, Inc. from 2003-2012, where they administered and streamlined the company's Netsuite ERP/CRM solution, organized and imported over 30,000 records from various sources into Netsuite, trained new employees on the ERP system, administered VoIP phone system and Microsoft Exchange Server, managed a subscriber list for a daily e-newsletter, updated and maintained company website, designed and implemented a search engine optimization strategy, and instituted an inventory tracking system.
In 2012, they took on the role of Senior Data Analyst at TrueLens, where they were responsible for all client deliverables related to the Truelens product, including gathering data and assembling reports for clients, creating and expanding upon existing taxonomies used in analysis, and performing data ETL and report automation work, web development, server automation, and Ruby/Python scripting projects.
From 2014-2015, they served as Organic Farm Manager at Chispas Farms and as an Independent Consultant for various companies. From 2015-2017, they held various roles at Filestack, including Director of Developer Experience, Customer Support Manager, Documentation Manager, and Post Sales Engineer. During their time at Filestack, they identified gaps in customer knowledge and utilization of Filestack products, developed strategies and content to improve developer experience, and was product owner for Filestack documentation and customer facing resources. Andrew also oversaw the implementation of a new "live chat" system, implemented new customer satisfaction metrics for the support ticketing system, established new support staff training policies and workflows, wrote new documentation and tutorials for Filepicker features, and provided customer technical support and sales support.
Finally, they have been a QA Engineer at CloudApp since 2020.
Andrew Mione attended Northeastern University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies.
