Jillian Batten

Customer Support Specialist at CloudApp

Jillian Batten has been working in various roles since 2014. Jillian began as a Library Assistant at Blough Weis Library in 2014, and then became a Lifeguard at the Upper Perkiomen Valley YMCA in 2015. In 2018, they took on an Intern role at Teva Pharmaceuticals, and is currently working as a Customer Support Specialist at CloudApp since 2021.

Jillian Batten attended Susquehanna University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology, General. Prior to that, they attended Souderton Area High School from 2010 to 2014. In June 2015, they received a certification in Administering Emergency Oxygen, Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED and Waterpark Skills from the American Red Cross.
