Arief Arya

Arief Arya currently serves as an Onboarding Coach at Cloudbeds since September 2023. Prior to this role, Arief held various positions at ZUZU Hospitality, including Operations Lead, Onboarding Coordinator, and Onboarding Specialist from November 2019 to September 2023. Arief's experience also includes working as Hotel Support at RedDoorz from February 2019 to November 2019 and as Digital Customer Service at Traveloka from February 2017 to January 2019. Earlier professional experience includes roles in customer service at PT Agung Podomoro Land, Tbk from March 2015 to February 2017 and as a Customer Service Specialist at Parkson Group from June 2014 to January 2015. Arief is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Universitas Terbuka, expected to be completed in 2026.
