Daniel Rodriguez has a diverse work experience. Daniel started their career at Fingerhut as a Sales Service Representative in July 2013, where they provided customer service and sales support. Daniel then moved on to Hanesbrands Inc., where they worked as a Process Improvement Engineer from March 2017 to March 2019. In this role, they analyzed operations and implemented improvements to increase efficiency.

Most recently, Daniel worked at Cloudbeds, starting as a Customer Coach in July 2019. Daniel served as a trusted advisor to customers, resolving inquiries and promoting software adoption. In March 2020, they became a Customer Coach Lead, leading and developing a team of 9 members in the Accounts & Billing area. From May 2021 to January 2023, Daniel served as the Payments Lead, managing a small team and handling payment operations, troubleshooting, and process improvement. Currently, they hold the position of UX Researcher, starting in January 2023.
