David Jaffe

David Jaffe has a diverse range of work experience in graphic and web design, photography, and digital marketing. David started their career in 2007 as a Research Assistant at Oregon State University, where they contributed to scientific data analysis and device creation for climate change studies.

From 2009 to 2016, David worked at US Outdoor Store, where they were responsible for producing digital and print graphics, web design, marketing strategies, and photography. David then joined Driving Force Graphics as a Graphic Designer, working on graphic design projects from 2016 to 2020.

In 2013, David freelanced as a Graphic and Web Designer for Blue Stem Design and Remote Wakeskates. David also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for Oregon Surf Adventures from 2010 to 2013.

David Jaffe started their own business, David Jaffe Photography + Design, in 2011. As a freelance designer, they undertook a wide range of design and photography projects, collaborating closely with clients to deliver quality results across various mediums. Their freelance work continued until 2020.

Most recently, David Jaffe joined Cloudbeds in November 2021 as a Website Lead, where they are currently employed.

David Jaffe completed a Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp at the University of Oregon from 2020 to 2021. David gained proficiency in various technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Express, React, Node, MongoDB, MySQL, and Git during this program. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing Strategies from the Portland State University - School of Business. From 2010 to 2011, David attended The Art Institutes and studied Graphic Design. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science/Marine Biology from Oregon State University, graduating in 2009.
