Customer Success Manager

Jamie Bendix has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. They started their career as a Honor Caddy at Twin Orchards Country Club in 2005 and worked there until 2012. In 2013, Jamie worked as a Recreation Specialist Intern at Kiawah Island Golf Resort and as a Front Desk Agent at JHM Hotels. They then joined Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago as an Attache Agent in 2014 and later worked as a Sales Coordinator at The Peninsula Chicago in 2015. From 2016 to 2018, Jamie served as a Leisure Sales Manager at Park Hyatt Chicago, followed by a role as a Transient/Entertainment Sales Manager (Opening Team) at St. Jane Hotel Chicago from 2018 to 2019.

Since 2020, Jamie has been working at Cloudbeds, a software as a service company. They started as a Market Manager and were responsible for building the next generation of hospitality management solutions. In 2021, Jamie transitioned to the role of Sales Expansion Executive before becoming a Customer Success Manager in 2022. Their work at Cloudbeds focuses on helping hosts and hoteliers enhance revenue and improve efficiency through innovative software and exceptional service.

Jamie Bendix attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management. Prior to their university education, Jamie Bendix also attended Lake Zurich High School. In terms of additional certifications, Jamie obtained the "Google Drive Essential Training" certification from LinkedIn in January 2020.
