Jorge Echevers

Jorge Echevers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jorge began their career at Dell in 2003 as an Americas Client Services Technical Support representative, troubleshooting and resolving computer issues for US-based consumers and corporations. Jorge also worked as a Contact Center Operations Sr. Analyst at Dell, where they reviewed staffing levels and monitored team productivity KPIs.

After their time at Dell, Jorge transitioned to NTT DATA Services, where they served as a Planning & Scheduling Specialist Advisor. In this role, they managed the transition of contact center operations administration procedures while migrating to new reporting systems and trained teammates on the usage of the newly created tools.

Jorge then worked at Solar Solutions as a Sales Consultant & Predesign, where they designed energy-saving solutions for customers and created financial plans for investment reimbursement. Jorge later joined Distribuidora Maracay as a Route Administrator and Product Researcher, where they reviewed distribution route efficiency and conducted market investigations for upcoming products.

Currently, Jorge is employed at Cloudbeds as a Workforce Planning Analyst. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Professional Services Specialist, Key Account/Reservation Specialist, and Customer Success Specialist. In these roles, they welcomed new accounts, imported reservation data, developed client health score systems, and assisted existing customers with product and service inquiries.

Jorge Echevers pursued their education in engineering at the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. From 1998 to 2003, they completed their Grado en Ingeniería in the field of Ingeniería Industrial. During the same period, they also obtained a degree in Ingeniero Industrial from the same institution.
