LeResa J. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. LeResa is currently working as an Onboarding Coach at Cloudbeds since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Hospitality Softnet for a significant period of time. LeResa started as a Business Travel Sales Manager at Residence Inn by Marriot Buckhead/Lenox Park in 2000 and then served as an Area Director of Sales at Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, and Springhill Suites from 2001 to 2002. Later, they joined Hospitality Softnet again in 2002 as a Quality Assurance Tester & Coach until 2006. LeResa then worked as a Remote Concierge at VIPdesk from 2004 to 2008. At Hospitality Softnet, they held the positions of Account Manager from 2008 to 2012 and Senior Account Manager from 2012 to May 2021.
