Leticia Righetti

Leticia Righetti has a diverse range of work experience. Leticia began their career at Expedia Group in 2017 as a Bilingual Lodging Partner Associate II, where they provided customer service to hotel partners and assisted with bookings and financial information. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Bilingual Lodging Partner Associate III, where they continued to support partners and manage financial transactions. Later in 2019, they joined Cajui Brasil as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for scheduling shifts, conducting payroll activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. In 2020, Leticia returned to Expedia Group as a Lodging Content Associate, providing operational support and assisting with onboarding newly acquired properties. Most recently, they joined Cloudbeds in 2021 as an Onboarding Coach, responsible for training and supporting clients using the Cloudbeds platform. Leticia was later promoted to the role of Senior Onboarding Coach, where they focused on onboarding strategic sales customers and assisted with piloting new features and tools.

Leticia Righetti received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Collin College. Leticia attended Collin College starting in 2019 and is currently pursuing their degree. Prior to that, Leticia completed their high school education at Liberty High School, where they graduated between the years 2013 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, Leticia has obtained various certifications through LinkedIn, including "Leading When You're Not in Charge", "Persuasive Coaching", "Strategic Thinking", "Operational Excellence Foundations", "Cybersecurity Awareness: Phishing and Whaling", "How to Stand Out Remotely", "Overcome Overthinking", "Business Storytelling with C.C.
