Lorena Pamplona has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Lorena began their career as Sales at Universal Studios in 2008. In 2011, they worked as Institutional Relations at EMGEPRON - Empresa Gerencial de Projetos Navais and also had a role in the International Commerce Department at Wilson Sons. In 2013, Lorena joined Grupo de Moda Soma as an International Outsourcing and Imports Assistant. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Senior Customer Solutions Specialist at Cloudbeds. Lorena then transitioned to the role of Customer Support Projects Coordinator at Cloudbeds from 2020 to 2021. Finally, they held the positions of Technical Content Coordinator and Senior Technical Content Coordinator at Cloudbeds from 2021 onwards.
