Nel Winfrey

Nel Winfrey has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They worked as a Market Manager at Cloudbeds starting in 2022. Prior to that, Nel worked at Airbnb as a Host and later as a Property Manager-Owner, where they developed relationships with owners, landlords, tenants, and guests, and advocated for community development and growth.

In 2019, Nel joined Prism Real Estate Services, LLC as an Operations Manager where they developed and managed a highly skilled team and reviewed monthly financial statements. They also served as a Property Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 250-unit property and creating marketing materials.

From 2014 to 2019, Nel owned and managed a retail business called Pink Macy LLC, designing business plans, training employees, and utilizing social media for marketing and recruitment. Prior to that, Nel worked as a Business Development Manager at Sara Software Systems, where they sourced talent, contributed to company growth, and assisted in writing bids for government contracts.

Nel's earlier work experience includes teaching at the Raymore-Peculiar Public School Foundation from 2010 to 2014, where they built positive relationships with students, collaborated with staff for lesson planning, and implemented various teaching strategies to meet student needs.

Nel Winfrey's education history begins in 1999 when they attended Belton High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued higher education from 2002 to 2009 at the University of Central Missouri, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in the field of Elementary Education and Teaching. In terms of additional certifications, Nel Winfrey obtained a Real Estate Agent certification from Missouri in October 2020.
