Shelly Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. shelly started their career in 1994 at DATATEC Inc, where they worked as a Senior Sales/Business Development Specialist, achieving notable success by securing two $1 million contracts in their first year. From 2000 to 2007, they served as a Business Development Manager at Ramesys Hospitality, responsible for driving new business growth and implementing sales strategies in the hospitality industry across North America.

In 1997, Shelly joined Northwind Canada - Maestro PMS as a Business Development Manager/Senior Solutions Sales Consultant. During their tenure, they achieved and exceeded sales goals, maximizing sales opportunities and profitability throughout North America. Later, in 1990 to 1991, Shelly earned another diploma in Computer Programming from the Honeywell Bull IT Institute.

In addition to their formal education, Shelly has obtained several certifications. In 1995, they completed the Business Mastery program at Tony Robbins Mastery University. In 1997, they attained the Sandler Certification (Gold) from Sandler Training. Continuing their professional development, Shelly acquired the Challenger Sales Certification from Challenger Sales in 2007. Most recently, in July 2019, they completed the Cybersecurity Awareness: Phishing and Whaling certification from LinkedIn.
