Toni Shiver has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2010, they started their career as a Sales Associate at Rack Room Shoes. During their time there, they were responsible for merchandising, customer service, stock room organization, and building UPT. Toni also had the opportunity to work at the Rack Room Shoes location in Orlando, FL during their internship with Disney. In 2014, they became a Customer Relations Manager at Camp Bow Wow, where they managed customer relations. Following that, Toni worked as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom in 2015, offering exceptional customer service as a BP shoes sales associate and engaging clients to meet their needs. In 2016, they joined ANN INC. (parent company of Ann Taylor, LOFT & Lou & Grey) as a Full-Time Sales Lead, where they led and directed activities to achieve store goals, including sales objectives and client experience. Later that year, they worked as a Guest Service Agent at Hilton. In 2017, they became a Meeting & Event Specialist at The Desoto Savannah, and in 2018, they served as a Group Sales Manager at both Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Historic Savannah and Embassy Suites. From 2019 to 2021, Toni worked as a Sales Manager at Commonwealth Hotels. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Cloudbeds as an Inbound Sales Executive.
Toni Shiver obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from The Art Institute of Tampa between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended Mississippi College from 2011 to 2012, where they focused on Biology/Marketing.
