Tony Vardiman

Tony Vardiman is an experienced operations and support leader with a robust background in technical support and customer service management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Customer Support at Cloudbeds since September 2014, Tony drives the company’s mission to enhance hospitality management for independent hoteliers. Prior experience includes roles at Websense as Senior Manager of Technical Support, overseeing integrated security solutions for global organizations, and at TriTech Software Systems and Zale Corporation as Technical Support Supervisor, managing technical services teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Tony began a career in technical support at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and contributed as a volunteer at Quest Teen Leadership, focusing on youth development. Educational credentials include a degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University.
