Baptiste Mathus

Baptiste Mathus is a Senior Engineering Manager at CloudBees since August 2016, overseeing two teams of 12 engineers while adopting a Radical Candor approach to foster trust. Prior to this role, Baptiste held various positions at CloudBees, including Developer and Jenkins Evergreen Developer, with a focus on Java support and self-updating features. Baptiste has been a Contributor to the Jenkins project since 2012 and a Committer at MojoHaus, contributing to multiple Maven plugins. As Président of Toulouse JUG from February 2012 to December 2018, Baptiste promoted Java user group activities. Previous experience includes roles at MiPih and a strong academic background in computer engineering from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée and language certificates from the University of Cambridge.
