Javier Raez Rus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in support and software development roles. Currently serving as a Senior Support Delivery Manager at CloudBees since August 2017, Javier has excelled in managing complex developer support cases while focusing on process improvement, team building, and coaching. Prior to CloudBees, Javier worked at everis, where responsibilities included enhancing training programs and leading teams in application development under CMMI 5 standards. Starting the career as a Software Engineer at Isotrol, Javier developed expertise in various programming languages and frameworks. Javier holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Sevilla.
