Shah Alum is a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience in eCRM and email marketing. Currently serving as Vice President, Digital at J.P. Morgan since July 2016, Shah has also held significant roles such as eCRM Manager for EMEA and Campaign Manager at Intela, where substantial revenue targets were achieved. Previous positions include consultancy roles at emocial digital and Wildfire HQ Marketing, as well as managerial and production roles at Naked Communications Europe, eBay Enterprise, and Actito. Shah holds a BSc in Information Systems with Business Management from the University of Westminster.
