Frank Rodriguez has a strong background in customer success and business development. Frank is currently working as the Sr. Director of Global Customer Success at CloudBolt Software since June 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Optanix, including Director of Business Development & Strategic Partners, Director of Customer Success, Manager of Customer Success, and Customer Success Manager for Global Accounts. In these roles, they successfully increased client retention rates, developed key partnerships, and implemented strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
