Lucia DeMatteo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contract negotiation. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Legal at CloudBolt Software since April 2021, Lucia has previously held key legal positions at Root Inc. as Corporate Counsel and at IBM as Senior Attorney. With a strong background in managing product-related legal issues, negotiating complex agreements, and providing legal counsel to organizational leaders, Lucia has a proven track record of successfully navigating legal challenges in dynamic business environments. Earlier career experience includes significant roles at Sterling Commerce and WorldCom, where Lucia focused on high-value transactions and contract interpretation. Lucia holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
