A 20-year IT industry veteran with varying roles such as Senior Systems and Senior Storage Engineer, Technical Delivery Manager, and most recently the Cloud Management Platform Offering Owner at IBM Cloud. Shawn is responsible for everything ‘customer’ at CloudBolt and has a passion for working with clients to understand an ever-changing landscape of hyperscaler options. Skilled in Cloud Operations, Optimization, and Finance, Shawn looks forward to helping CloudBolt customers make the most of their investment.
