William Norton

William Norton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. William currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Marketing at CloudBolt Software, where they oversee product marketing operations and collaborates with various teams. Prior to this, they were the Director of Channel and Alliances in the Service Provider Segment at CloudBolt Software.

Before joining CloudBolt, William worked at Cognizant Microsoft Business Group, where they held several roles including Capability Leader and Senior Team Lead. In these positions, they managed teams and oversaw various cloud-related solutions for Azure customers.

William also has experience working as a Senior Technical Account Manager at 10th Magnitude and as a General Manager and Learning and Development Specialist at Microsoft. William began their career at Best Buy as a Geek Squad Agent and Mobility Trainer.

William Norton earned their Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development Studies from Arizona State University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's Degree in Communications - Organizational Communication at Nassau Community College from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2021 and several Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. William has also obtained certifications in FinOps, Python for Data Science, and ITIL 4 Foundation CPD.
