Sanjay Shankar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sanjay started their career as an Ambi Pur Marketing Intern at Procter & Gamble in 2015, where they received appreciation for promoting the product. Sanjay then joined Finfid as a Marketing & Management Intern in 2016, where they researched and implemented new products in collaboration with the engineering team. Additionally, they worked as a Business Development Manager Intern at Tripeasel in 2016, where they successfully onboarded clients through tele-calling and personal approach.

In 2017, Sanjay became a Core Team Member at Fancymonk, managing B2B sales and promoting the brand in Pan Bengaluru. Sanjay also onboarded clients and ensured customer satisfaction.

In 2019, Sanjay joined Fancymonk again, this time as a Program Manager. Sanjay onboarded vendors for the franchise model, launched an operational business, and increased efficiency and revenue through franchise business by increasing the customer base.

Throughout their career, Sanjay has demonstrated strong project management skills. Sanjay worked at Cloudbyz as a Business Analyst from 2019 to 2021 and was promoted to Project Lead in 2021. In their role as Project Manager, they spearheaded multiple projects, built relationships with clients, aligned goals with executives, scoped customer requested features, and conducted post-launch evaluations. Sanjay also mentored teams and consistently met deadlines, receiving commendations in 2021 and 2022. Additionally, they developed and implemented project management procedures for the organization, retained and enabled new business, and expanded the Indian team.

Sanjay Shankar completed a Master's degree in Management from Maastricht School of Management from 2018 to 2019.
