Akshay Purohit

Akshay Purohit is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen operations. As a Junior Sous Chef at Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., Akshay managed kitchen operations for Masala Bar in Pune and Farzi Cafe in Mumbai, leading teams of 27 and 21 members respectively. Following this role, Akshay served as a Sous Chef at Punkah House Bar & Kitchen, overseeing a team of 20 and strategizing the kitchen's pre-opening. Currently, Akshay holds the position of Chef De Cuisine at CloudChef since February 2021. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Management Trainee position at The Park Hotels and an internship at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, where Akshay gained comprehensive training across kitchen departments.
