Veller Bauer

Veller Bauer has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2010, they worked at CWI Software as a Scrum Master, where they led a team in adopting Scrum and designed a software development process that achieved CMMI certification. In 2013, they joined Lighthouse S/A as a Product Manager. From 2014 to 2018, Veller worked at ThoughtWorks, initially as a Product Manager, where they collaborated with business leaders and managed the backlog for the company's internal staffing tool. They then transitioned to the role of Lead Business Analyst, where they engaged with startups and Fortune 500 companies to execute vision and manage development teams. Lastly, at ThoughtWorks, they worked as a Full Stack Developer, testing, coding, and delivering software for a large cosmetics company while mentoring entry-level programmers. Most recently, starting in 2022, Veller joined CloudCosmos as a Full Stack Developer, enhancing web applications for a private jet luxury travel company.

Veller Bauer attended Unisinos from 2012 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in IT Management with a focus on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. In addition to their degree, Veller obtained several certifications. In March 2013, they received the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. Later in November 2015, Veller became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® through the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in March 2021, they obtained the Node.js: Design Patterns certification from LinkedIn.
