Paul Lenz is an experienced Executive Chef with a demonstrated history in the hospitality industry and a strong focus on business development. They have held various chef positions at prominent establishments, including Oro Verde Guayaquil and The Breakers Palm Beach, and served as Executive Chef at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Currently, Paul is the Culinary Director of Product Development at CloudEats, while also contributing as a Consultant Executive Chef at the Admiral Hotel Manila - MGallery. Paul completed Chef Trainer studies at Fachhochschule Heidelberg in 1987.
