Hamza Ahmed

Hamza Ahmed is an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager with a focus on Microsoft Azure and M365 solutions, currently leading a global team of eight IT engineers at Cloudelligent since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Nokia as an IT Client Service Engineer, where direct coordination with international offices was essential, and at United Energy Pakistan as an IT System Support Engineer managing incident and service delivery processes. Hamza's career began at Mustafa Industries as an IT Systems Support Supervisor and includes positions at Tethyan Copper Company and Netport, where significant IT infrastructure support and project management were provided. Hamza holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Virtual University of Pakistan and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Punjab.
