Jim serves as the Vice President of Client Success Services. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of client-facing managed service engagements. Jim is a Technology Executive with 30+ years of experience at Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to cloudEQ, he was a Consulting Executive with Omadas and Vice President and Managing Director for Atos, accountable for P&L and client delivery across Pharma, HealthCare Providers, and Financial Services markets. Prior to joining Atos, he was a Staff VP at WellPoint, engaged in IT operations and service delivery. Prior to WellPoint Jim was a Senior Director of Research and Development, Senior Director of IT Infrastructure, and ultimately the CIO at Candle Corporation prior to their acquisition by IBM.
