Robert A. Golob

Robert is cloudEQ’s, Chief Legal Officer. In this role, Robert serves as legal counsel and advisor to the board of directors and corporate officers and is responsible for corporate governance, compliance, overall legal strategy, and company-wide legal affairs.

Robert has been advising and representing cloudEQ since 2019, on matters regarding corporate formation, development, financing, compliance, and corporate expansion into domestic and foreign markets. Prior to joining cloudEQ, he spent 10 years as the Managing Attorney at Golob Law, P.C, a boutique law firm that represents small to mid-sized tech companies, manufacturers, and other organizations. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a J.D. in International Business from Western Michigan University.
