Hemendra S. is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in customer operations and technical support. Currently serving as a Staff Customer Operations Engineer at Cloudera since February 2019, Hemendra previously held the role of Technical Support Engineer at Hortonworks from September 2017 to January 2019. Prior to that, Hemendra gained experience as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2014 to August 2017, specializing in scheduling jobs in Mainframe and Unix servers. Hemendra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Arya College of Engineering & Information Technology, Jaipur, completed in 2014, along with a secondary education in PCM from Birla Shiksha Kendra Chittaurgarh, completed in 2010.
