Mayank Gupta

Mayank Gupta is an experienced technology professional with a background in customer operations and technical support. Currently serving as a Staff Customer Operations Engineer at Cloudera since September 2018, Mayank specializes in managing CDP Private Cloud Data Services, focusing on Kubernetes and containerized applications. Previously, Mayank held roles as a Senior Customer Operations Engineer and Customer Operations Engineer, where responsibilities included cluster management and handling sensitive accounts with a high level of service. Prior to Cloudera, Mayank worked at Hortonworks as an Associate Technical Support Engineer, gaining expertise in Hadoop and related technologies.
