Rachit Chandra

Rachit Chandra is an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with a strong background in recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Leader for APAC at Cloudera since July 2021, Rachit oversees experienced hiring and campus recruiting in multiple countries, including India, China, and Australia. Previously, Rachit held roles as Talent Acquisition Manager at Expedia Group, where leadership focused on Technology & Product hiring, and as Deputy General Manager at Samsung Electronics, leading recruitment efforts for key technology divisions. Earlier experience includes positions at Tata Consultancy Services in talent acquisition and resource management, as well as a freelance writing role with Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. Rachit holds an MBA from S P Jain School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from K J Somaiya College of Engineering.
