Robert Dennis

Robert Dennis is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in solutions engineering and pre-sales management across North America. Currently serving as Vice President of Solutions Engineering at Cloudera since February 2017, Robert drives the success of the Pre-Sales team and emphasizes skill development and operational excellence. His previous roles include Senior Director and Director positions at both Cloudera and Oracle, where Robert successfully led teams through complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic initiatives. Robert's career began at Cognos and Boehringer Ingelheim, where Robert managed large-scale data warehouse projects and developed analytic data models. Robert holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Life Sciences from McMaster University.
