Sam Glover

Sam Glover is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in big data and solutions architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect on Cloudera's Professional Services team since October 2015, Sam leads technical teams and mentors clients on their big data projects. Prior to this role, Sam founded Hadoop Analytics LLC, offering consulting in Hadoop infrastructure and security, and worked at Oracle as a Senior Principal Architect, leading technical teams in consulting. Sam's career began at PeopleSoft as a Senior Systems Engineer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in European History, Business Administration, and Classical Civilization from Stanford University and The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a diploma from Kaiserslautern American High School in West Germany.
