Sean Browne

Sean Browne is the current Director of Digital Marketing at Cloudera. Prior to joining Cloudera, Sean Browne was the Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Informatica from November 2014 to August 2017. In this role, Sean Browne directed the Digital team in all aspects of web marketing, including content development, user experience, and SEO. Sean Browne also oversaw management of the web platform to ensure functionality, usability, and user engagement.

Under Sean Browne's leadership, the team migrated the web platform from SDL Tridion to Adobe Experience Manager for 30 global web properties. This was a huge undertaking that required careful planning and execution in order to minimize any disruptions to the user experience. The migration was a success, and the new platform has provided a more user-friendly experience for users worldwide.

In addition to overseeing the web platform migration, Sean Browne also led SEO initiatives that optimized code and content to advance and defend keyword rankings. This resulted in dramatic increases in organic traffic and conversions. Sean Browne also developed content strategies to create dynamic feature functionality in support of user experience. Using Adobe Analytics, Sean Browne tracked site metrics for all regions/segments including marketing success events. This allowed him to identify areas of improvement and optimize the user experience even further.

Finally, Sean Browne ensured that the web platforms maintained best practices in terms of usability and accessibility, and provided responsive options for engagement on mobile devices and tablets.
