Stephen Bernard

Stephen Bernard, FCCA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and corporate finance. Bernard has served as Corporate Controller at Cloudera since June 2019, also holding the positions of Senior Director of the Controller Center of Excellence and Director of International Accounting. Prior to Cloudera, Bernard worked at Hortonworks as EMEA Accounting Manager and at Dell Software in various roles, including Accounting Manager and General Ledger Accountant. Bernard began the career at PwC Cayman Islands as Audit Senior and gained initial experience as a Trainee Accountant at Patrick McNamara & Associates in Cork. Academically, Bernard holds a Professional Accountancy Qualification from ACCA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Technological University Dublin.
