Steven Mo

Steven Mo is a Senior Customer Operations Engineer at Cloudera, providing technical support for Cloudera products since January 2022. Previously, Steven served as a Product Support Engineer at OSIsoft, where product support was delivered both remotely and onsite from April 2018 to January 2022. At PTC, Steven held dual roles as a Technical Consultant and Technical Support Engineer from October 2012 to October 2017, focusing on customer workflow and problem-solving related to PTC's products. Steven began a career in software development as a Software Engineer at Canon IT Solutions Inc. from October 2006 to September 2008, developing warehouse management systems for Japanese clients.
