Justine Burdo

Justine Burdo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Justine is currently the Head of Sales and Customer Success at CloudExtend, a division of Celigo, since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Executive at Celigo starting from January 2017.

Before their roles at Celigo, Justine worked at Get Wireless Now - AT&T Authorized Retailer. From June 2009 to September 2013, they served as the Human Resources Manager, handling all HR functions for over 35 employees across nine retail locations. Justine also contributed to the company's organizational development by designing and developing core HR programs. Additionally, they administered employee benefit plans, managed new hire and termination paperwork, and processed payroll using NetSuite software.

From December 2008 to June 2009, Justine was promoted to the role of Business Relationship Manager at Get Wireless Now. In this position, they focused on enhancing business sales, training employees, and establishing positive relationships with local small businesses. Justine designed and presented customized proposals and presentations to potential business customers, and maintained positive relationships with accounts after the sale.

Prior to their role as Business Relationship Manager, Justine served as a Store Manager at Get Wireless Now from June 2006 to December 2008. Justine managed a team of four employees and achieved recognition for superior service and top sales accomplishments. Their responsibilities included delivering exceptional customer service, hiring and training employees, and fostering a teamwork-oriented atmosphere.

Justine's earliest work experience was as an Assistant Manager at Forever21 from June 2004 to June 2006. In this role, they co-managed a large retail store, supervised over 50 employees, and managed daily activities on the sales floor while driving sales forward.

Justine Burdo attended Southern Connecticut State University from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
