Manoj Panda

Manoj Panda has over 30 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Manoj began their career at Tata Motors in 1988 as a Software Engineer, where they designed and developed a Computer Aided Design tool for automobile design. In 1996, they joined Sun Microsystems as a Software Engineer and designed and developed a Publish/Subscribe paradigm for information exchange. In 1997, they joined Cisco as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, where they drove the effort to deliver the management solutions to configure and monitor wired and wireless LAN devices. Manoj also led the effort to deliver unified networking solution integrating wired, wireless, security and voice for Small businesses. In 2013, they founded and became CEO of ScaleBlaze, where they defined the business, corporate strategy and influenced the foundation and architecture for a highly scalable distributed system. In 2015, they joined CloudFabrix Software as Vice President of Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science, where they led the engineering team to win the PoC challenge against established competitors. Manoj also analyzed the challenges of a large Telecom customer to streamline terabytes of logs per day and delivered an AIOps solution.

Manoj Panda attended Delhi Technological University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering.
