Shailendra Pradhan

Shailendra Pradhan has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Shailendra began their career in 1994 at Oracle, where they held various roles such as Senior Director of Development, Director, Senior Manager, Technical Manager, and Principal Member of Technical Staff. In their role as Senior Director of Development, they were responsible for working with top Oracle partners to drive Oracle product vision and help the partners set technology direction for moving to the cloud. Shailendra also led a global team of Solution Architect who worked with Oracle partners around enablement, architecture & design, performance optimization and issue resolution. Additionally, as the technical member of Oracle Design and Migration Services Group, they provided architecture, design and migration assistance to strategic Oracle partners to migrate and optimize their solutions on the Oracle database platform. In 2019, they joined CloudFabrix Software as Vice President.

Shailendra Pradhan earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad between 1989 and 1991.
