Eric Mburu

Eric Mburu is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Workforce Engagement and Customer Success Associate at CloudFactory since August 2021, focusing on the analysis of customer success metrics and workforce performance to drive improvements. In addition, Eric has been the Chief Operations Officer at Kilimo Guru Ltd. since November 2018, overseeing daily operations and strategic business development. Eric's leadership experience includes serving as President and Vice President of ENACTUS Moi University Annex Campus, where significant contributions were made in social entrepreneurship projects.
