Marta Orbitowska is an Agile Coach, accredited EMCC Coach, and eduScrum Trainer with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently, they operate as a coach, mentor, and advisor, helping individuals and organizations achieve their personal and professional goals through agile methodologies and change management. Marta has previously held roles as a Test Manager and Scrum Master at IMPAQ Group and worked as a Senior QA Engineer at Asseco Poland. They also serve as an Agile Coach at CloudFerro and have contributed to agile transformations at LINK4. Additionally, Marta is pursuing a degree in Professional Coaching from Kozminski University.
