Ryszard Licau

Ryszard Licau has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ryszard currently holds the position of Customer Support & IT Director at CloudFerro Sp. z o.o., where they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Customer Support Manager at the same company from August 2019 to December 2021.

In 2013, Licau founded their own company, Glimm Technology, where they acted as an Entrepreneur/Founder.

From 2016 to 2019, Licau worked at Lingaro as the IT & IS Manager.

Before Lingaro, they served as the IT Manager at Polski Związek Jeździecki | Polish Equestrian Federation from February 2013 to June 2016.

Licau also gained experience as a Senior IT Specialist a.i. IT Manager at CI Games from July 2011 to June 2013.

Ryszard started their career as an IT Specialist at Trinity Corporate Services, now Vistra Corporate Services, where they worked from January 2009 to July 2011.

Licau also held the position of IT Administrator at Tricomp from September 2007 to December 2008.

Their earliest experience was with Bank BGZ, where they worked as an Employee in the Department of Work Organization from December 1998 to July 2001, and later as an IT Specialist - IT Coordinator from July 2001 to September 2007.

Ryszard Licau completed their education at Menedżerska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Warszawie from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Information Technology. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2003, they attended Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2022 and the Virtual Leader certification from ETTA Leadership & Culture Consulting in February 2019.
