Previously, Strohe was the Founder and CEO of plusserver, the largest Managed Hosting Provider in Germany, and held leadership positions at Host Europe Group and serverloft.com. Strohe's educational background includes an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, alongside a Master in Media Economics from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln.
