Brigid Gallagher

Brigid Gallagher is an experienced HR leader and people and culture strategist with a focus on aligning HR operations with organizational goals. They served as Vice President of Human Resources at Ascend Technologies from 2020 to 2024, where they drove growth strategies, led HR functions, and managed complex organizational changes. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Saunders Midwest, LLC, and Glotel. Currently, Brigid is the Human Resources Director at CloudFirst/Performive, leading strategies and employee programs for the growing team. Brigid earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Saint Xavier University.
