Laura Ainsworth

Laura Yoder Ainsworth, MBA, is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in brand and marketing management. Currently, Laura serves as the Owner of Texan Christmas, creating collectible Christmas ornaments with a Texas twist since March 2023. Additionally, Laura works as a Brand and Marketing Consultant for small businesses. Previously, Laura spent over a decade at Fossil Group, Inc., holding various roles including Divisional Manager for the Fossil Brand's smartwatch category and Brand & Marketing Manager for Misfit Wearables and other innovation brands. Earlier experience includes brand management positions at The Richards Group and internships with notable organizations such as the Dallas Cowboys and Sports Illustrated. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Business from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
