Eric Walter

Eric Walter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT management and customer success. Currently serving as the Managed Engineering Lead for Service Management at CloudFit Software since November 2021, Eric previously held the position of Sr. Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft from February 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included advisory support for enterprise customers.
