Karch's career began as a Security Engineer at Tekmark Global Solutions from May 2012 to March 2016 and included earlier experience at Liberty University as a Resident Assistant. Karch earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Liberty University, followed by a Master's Degree in Divinity with Pastoral Counseling from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.
