Alex Dyner

Alex Dyner is currently the SVP of Special Projects at Cloudflare, where they lead a team focused on strategy, corporate development, and strategic partnerships. Previously, Dyner served as Head of Product for Investment Banking and Corporate Markets at Bloomberg LP, overseeing a business unit that achieved significant revenue growth. They also held key roles at Bloomberg as Co-Head of Corporate Development, driving M&A and partnership initiatives, as well as at Morgan Stanley as Vice President in the Media & Communications M&A Group. Dyner began their career as an Associate in the M&A Group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP after earning a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.
